My professional background boasts over 15 progressive years of extensive hands-on experience and up to date skills, knowledge, and expertise  in Business Management and Administration, Human Resources, Risk Assessment, Legal & Compliance Implementation trends and best practices. I am experienced in startups and high growth companies as well as mergers and acquisitions, project management, and business process reengineering in several industries.

I earned my Master of Business Administration degree at Webster University, St. Louis, MO. in Irvine, California campus. I hold a PHR Certificate with HRCI, as well as SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification with Society of Human Resources Management. Additionally, I am a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) with American Retirement Association.

In addition to my broad General Business Management, Human Resources and Consulting experiences, I have been an active part-time faculty associate for University of Phoenix since 2003, facilitating graduate and undergraduate classes in Business, Organizational Behavior, Critical Thinking, Ethics, and Operations Management, and Strategic Management via the online modality. As an educator, I have experienced an accelerated approach in applying multicultural teaching, diversity, mentoring, coaching, and learning principles both inside and outside of the classroom that have been beneficial to my corporate role in the Corporate Business and Human Resources field.
