Talent Acquisition

Now that the workforce is going large and global, talent acquisition has never been challenging. Finding the perfect fit can be like finding a needle in a haystack. There are several talent acquisition strategies that can be implemented – i.e., aligning corporate goals, building the company identity and reputation, offering comprehensive and competitive total rewards with top-notch benefits, utilizing data and marketing tools, networking, promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion, offering sign-in bonus, as well as partnering with local universities to build an applicant pool.

I had built my pipeline of potential candidates by collaborating with local universities and establishing relationships with students, becoming a guest speaker during a university career day, participating in university job fairs, and creating internship programs.
