Team Building and Brand Recognition

Every business top priorities should include enhancing its brand appeal, increase sales, improve employee retention as well as engagement. Team building is a very dynamic tool that can achieve these priorities. Fostering a diverse and inclusive culture creates cohesive unit where employees feel that they are the name and face behind the company. Team building creates brand ambassadors who take pride and ownership of the organization's success.

I have spearheaded this HR initiative by taking my team at Commercial Fire Protection and their families to the Corona del Mar Sandcastle contest. Every year, (2017-2019) we bring home a category winning trophy. As you can see from the photos, out team are wearing the company branded T-shirts to represent. The company's name is recognized throughout the event and even after the event - as it made its way to the newspapers like Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times, social media, as well as local television news.
